An accomplished business leader, Lisa Bergeron (she/ her/hers) is AWE’s Co-Creator and Chief Visionary. Lisa brings a unique blend of strategic vision, business savvy, forward-thinking, and depth of experience to steer AWE’s course into the future. An architect of relationships and connections, Lisa is a catalyst, progressive, and innovative thinker who creates pathways to explore, expand, and thrive in a rapidly changing business environment.

Forward Thinking

As CVO, Lisa leads AWE’s vision for driving outstanding results and revolutionary strategies to expand AWE’s value, impact, and mission for humanizing the new future of work. Understanding the disruption and reset happening in business, Lisa leads with curiosity, and optimism and brings her creative thought leadership to help uncover business needs, translate critical trends, and help others envision solutions for growth, transformation, people development, and thriving in the next normal.

Lisa is an active member of the business community. Lisa serves on the board of Hope & Main, a nonprofit culinary incubator that has launched 450+ food-related businesses. She has served on the board of the American Heart Association of Southern New England, including a term as Leadership Chair and the Executive Leadership Committee for Go Red for Women; and Coastline EAP and RI Student Assistance Services. Lisa is a founding member of the United Way Women’s Leadership Council and Vision 2020. She has been recognized as a Woman of Achievement by the YWCA and as a Wise Woman by the National Organization of Italian-American Women.

Lisa combines her passion, creativity and travel with photography. Empty nesters, she and her husband reside in the New England coastline town of Bristol, RI.
