Protecting your privacy is our priority.  This Statement of Privacy applies to AWE, LLC. and governs data collection and usage. Our website address, the Site, is: https://aweconnects.com/.  The AWE website is a learning and development portal.  By using the AWE website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Collection of Personal Information

In order to better provide you with products and services offered on our Site, AWE may collect personally identifiable information, such as your first and last name, mailing address, e-mail address, phone number, employer and job title.  We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us.  However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services available on the Site.  These may include:

  • Registering for membership or an account
  • Entering a promotion sponsored by us or one of our partners
  • Registering for an event or training
  • Sending us an e-mail message

To wit, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and/or products you have requested from us.  We also may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.

Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through AWE’s public message boards, including video conference chat and social media, this information may be collected

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
