About the Day
Organization’s needs “it”. Teams are expected to have “it”. Clients want “it”. Leaders need to unlock “it.” CEO’s identified “it”: as one the most important leadership competencies needed for success of the future. What is “it”? “It” is innovation and innovative thinking. Why do you need it? Because every workplace, business and industry are faced with fast-paced market shifts and external forces, including emerging technology and competition – all creating disruptions.
In innovation, no one knows the path forward but cultivating a curious customer-centric approach, where everyone, at every level, is focusing on and understanding your customer’s challenges, will not only boost innovative thinking, it will also align your focus of innovation with critical customer problems that no one has solved.
So how do you level up your focus on innovation that allows you to bring new ideas and energy to your role, minimize resistance (your own and others), suppress group think, and pave the way to create conditions for “it” to evolve and thrive? Join us for a dynamic conversation that explores the benefits and practices to expand innovative thinking and foster originality.
