During this pandemic, we have been challenged to reshape skills, reframe, and reset our approach to work and leadership. Bounded in curiosity, courage, and optimism, Geraldine Taber, leader, and scientist has always understood the importance of leading with respect, authenticity, and candor. However, amid this unprecedented health crisis, unforeseen insights and leadership lessons are being revealed. From her heightened sense of curiosity, to attentively listening to the quiet voices in the room, she proactively seeks out multiple vantage points to widen her perspective. In a typically competitive industry, she has observed the scientific community come together with a common purpose of finding a cure.  It is her belief that the worst situations can bring out the best in people, leaders, communities, and organizations to which we all belong. Empathy, kindness, and gestures of compassion have reconnected us all. As we prepare to re-emerge from quarantine, Geraldine Tabor helps us look for the most important lessons we can take with us and how they can continue to serve us.
