We have all been struggling with a range of emotions over the past 10-weeks, from feeling unsettled and overwhelmed, to frustration and concern. And unfortunately, as uncertainty and demands rise, and the boundaries of work and life collide, it can be difficult to maintain self-care routines. While “unplugging” may not always feel possible, it is what we need to deepen self-awareness, focus on self-care, and lengthen our perspectives. The breath of life can permeate every minute, and intentionally creating space to relax, renew, reflect, restore well-being and expand our view.
Please join AWE’s Co-Creators Lisa Bergeron and Tejal Tarro on Friday May 29th at 12:15 PM EST. Reflecting on their partner retreat, they reveal their discoveries and the gifts we can all experience when we unplug to unwind, tune out to tune in and disconnect to reconnect.
