In our spotlight conversation, we speak with global leadership coach Eunice Carpitella about how we lean into being brave in times of uncertainty and ambiguity. Many of us struggle with being brave because when we compare ourselves to some image or ideal of being brave, we often find ourselves coming up short. In this session we explore the various shades of brave that align with our unique and authentic selves.
Shades of bravery can look like making decisions without having all the answers, experimenting with new ideas that may fail, admitting you need help and asking for it, slowing down the busyness and listening to what your heart is calling, picking yourself up after a setback, challenging the status quo, sharing more of your authentic self with others and much more.
The more you recognize your shades of bravery, allow yourself to be more vulnerable and practice courageous action, the more resilient you become to adversity and unexpected twists.
