Courageous Conversations

In order for us to be a part of positive change, we must be willing to have courageous conversations that help us expand our thinking and work collectively towards real change. In this Free Friday conversation, we explore the mindset of courage and how we can all lean into more courage in this time of need so that we can be of real service to our community

Courage is not being fearless.  Courage is knowing your fears and choosing to move forward despite the fear of repercussions, being wrong, not knowing the answers, or being judged. True courage comes from a deep place of humility and vulnerability. Fear causes us to put on our blinders to avoid uncomfortable emotions. Fear also causes us to act in self-preservation, lash out in unhealthy ways, limit our perspectives, and collectively keeps us in cycles of staying with the status quo, even though the status quo is not working.

In order for us to be a part of positive change, we must be willing to have courageous conversations that help us expand our thinking and work collectively towards real change. In this Free Friday conversation, we explore the mindset of courage and how we can all lean into more courage in this time of need so that we can be of real service to our community. Join us this Friday, June 5th, 2020 for this conversation with Tejal Tarro.
